Key players in crop production from different countries gathered on November 6-7, 2012 at the QEII Conference Centre in London, UK for the CropWorld Global 2012 Conference and Exhibition. The attendees include seed suppliers, agrochemical manufacturers, distributors, farmers and growers, research organizations, governments, industry associations, food producers and food retailers.
Plenary sessions focused on innovative and sustainable practices in agricultural production that tackle existing problems such as severe droughts, increasing grain prices, and food shortages. The participants also attended three streams to discuss political, technical, and commercial challenges that are affecting global crop production. Several organizations and companies also participated in the exhibition which showcased information on latest agricultural innovations that focus on addressing existing and anticipated challenges in crop production.
