Universiti Malaysia Sabah is organizing an International Conference on Food Science and Nutrition 2017 (ICFSN 2017) at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on 25 & 26 October 2017.
The theme of the Conference is “Exploring the Foods for Future: Scientific Discovery and New Trends”, and it will serve as a valuable forum for experts and specialists around the world to share and discuss the latest development in the field of Food Science and Technology, Foodservice, and Nutrition. The conference will focus on five main themes, namely, Innovative Food Products and Processes, Food Safety and Quality, Nutrition, Food Security, and Food and Culture.
